Guiding People Toward a Healthier Balance and Meaningful Change

My clients describe me as calming and witty. I pride myself on being up to date on the most current approaches to supporting those I work with. I love seeing my clients transform from surviving to thriving.

Education & Work Background

I became licensed as a psychotherapist in 2017. With over a decade of experience as a clinician, and a Masters degree from the University of Michigan in Social Work dual concentration of Interpersonal Mental Health, I have worked with a diverse range of individuals. To help customize my approach to meet the wide range of needs my clients have faced I have completed specialty certifications including Postpartum Support International's Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy Training, certificates in DBT, OCD, and ACT to name a few.

I put my studies to practice in both inpatient psychiatric hospitals and outpatient mental health settings granting me broad hands-on experience helping treat adults with diverse backgrounds, histories, and mental health presentations. After gaining valuable field experience, I fled ready to pursue my very own private practice.
