Dynamic Client Needs Requires A Tailor Made Therapy Approach

Client Centered

My client-centered therapy approach focuses on creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and valued. I believe that you are the expert in your own experience, and my role is to support and guide you in discovering your strengths and finding solutions that work best for you.

DBT

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, develop healthier relationships, and improve emotional regulation. My DBT sessions combine mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills to help you navigate life's challenges with greater resilience and balance. Whether you're dealing with mood disorders, over-control, or relationship difficulties, DBT provides practical tools to build a life worth living.

CBT & TF-CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a highly effective, evidence-based practice that helps identify and change problematic thought patterns and associated behaviors. Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) is specifically designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences, combining cognitive strategies with a sensitive, trauma-informed approach. Together, these therapies empower you to build resilience and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping.

ERP

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is a specialized behavioral therapy designed to help individuals facing obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety-related conditions. ERP works by gradually exposing you to feared situations or thoughts while helping you resist the urge to engage in unwanted compulsions. This process reduces anxiety over time and empowers you to regain a sense of control of your life. My ERP sessions are conducted in a supportive, safe environment, allowing you to confront and overcome your fears at a manageable pace.

ACT

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps you live a more fulfilling life by building a healthier relationship with your thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them. Through ACT, you'll learn to accept what is out of your control and commit to actions that align with your values. My approach combines mindfulness techniques with practical strategies to help you manage challenges empowering you to focus on what truly matters.
